Lakukan hati-hati agar kulit tidak robek. Semua tulang direbus untuk kaldu.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Masukkan campuran daging cincang yang telah dicampur bumbu, dan wortel ke dalam ayam, lalu kulit dijahit dimana ujung benang harus lepas agar nanti mudah di tarik.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ayam di panggang kira2 1 jam 30 menit, dengan suhu 200°C.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Untuk saus&lt;/strong&gt;
